| The ink cartridge has a volume of 310 ml and the cleaning fluid cartridges have a volume of 120 ml. | ||||
| 03. | Why do we perform cleaning cycles? | |||
| Cleaning cycles are performed in order to guarantee that the nozzles of the printing head remain free of dried ink. They are automatically performed after every printing job and when the printer is not in use. | ||||
| 04. | Can I refill the ink cartridge using commercially available jet printer ink? | |||
| No. The ink used by the IP C and IP S is special ink that is chemically resistant and has to be ordered from an authorized representative of Leica Microsystems. | ||||
